The first time I went to a dry horse
These days, I've been having a hard time getting rid of my fatigue. Even if I just sleep, I don't feel refreshed, and my back neck feels stiff all the time? At first, I passed it without thinking about it, but as I kept being tired, I heard it louder and louder. So, on the weekend, I decided to look for a good massage shop nearby. Just like the name of 'Healthy Massage', the advertisements and reviews were generally clean and reliable. I liked it because it was easy to make reservations and counseling was conducted systematically.
When I visited on time for my reservation, the quiet and cozy space welcomed me first. I changed to slippers at the entrance and simply wrote a checklist of where it was stiff at the front. I marked my neck, shoulders, and back as uncomfortable. When I was done, I felt something different. My neck worked much better, and my shoulders became lighter. Especially after the heavy feeling on my back disappeared, I felt my chest open when I breathed.
Clean enough oil was used to not have to take a shower, and he gave me a cup of tea as a finishing touch. I drink a glass of warm citron tea and take a massage, and I thought this is why people think of it again after a massage.
Even when I got home, my body felt more flexible than usual. My back usually throbbed even after 30 minutes of sitting down, but on this day, I was able to sit comfortably until late in the evening. That night, I fell asleep much deeper and sweeter than usual, and I was able to wake up the next morning without feeling tired.
To be honest, it exceeded my expectations. Beyond just the feeling of being "cool," it felt like my whole body had been reset. From now on, I am seriously considering getting regular care before I get tired. Through this experience, I felt that healthy habits do not necessarily have to be grand.
