One day, when I felt the stress of work and time passing by quickly, I decided to have a 'time for myself'. That's how I chose the massage. I thought I needed a time to relieve the fatigue and tension I felt in my always busy daily life and to give my body and mind a break for a while. As I entered the massage shop, I wondered what it would feel like, and I opened the door with a mixture of expectation and a little tension.

As soon as I entered the massage parlour, a warm and calm atmosphere enveloped me. Under the soft lighting, the space was cozy and peaceful. A subtle scent spread in the air, and the music played quietly to relieve my tension. "I want to forget myself here for a moment," I couldn't help but think. After checking my reservation at the reception, I was shown to the massage room.



2. careful consultation and preparation



Before the massage, I had a brief consultation. It was time to talk about the uncomfortable part or fatigue I usually felt, and decide what kind of massage I would get, but I chose aromatherapy along with the full-body massage. The therapist checked my physical condition and asked me which part would be particularly more tired. The conversation with him made my expectations for the massage even higher. Now that all the preparations were complete, and before I started the massage, I took a deep breath and collected myself.

When the massage began, I was a little surprised at the feeling that my fingertips moved smoothly along my body. However, soon, the touch made my body more and more comfortable. Especially around the shoulders and neck, I felt a lot of tension accumulated, so at first, it hurt a little, but I gradually began to feel cool. As I used aroma oil, I felt that my body's fatigue was relieved one by one in the fragrant air. The scent gradually calmed my mind and naturally relieved my nervous mind.



4. Intensive therapy and its effects



The therapist carefully monitored the condition of my body and adjusted the pressure for each part. In particular, I intensively released my feet, wrists, and the back of my legs, which made me feel cooler and better because I had never had time to pay attention to them. It felt like every time my fingertips moved through my body, various fatigue disappeared. At this time, I thought, "These are the healing that the body wants and needs." 마타이

During the massage, I realized that not only my body's fatigue but also my heart's fatigue was being relieved. I realized that the time for me is a time when my body and mind are truly at ease. In this moment only for me, away from my daily life, I was able to put down all my worries and concerns for a moment. I could just realize how important the time to take care of myself is.



6. Finishing and changing



At first, I felt a little drowsy and drained after the massage, but after a while, the feeling completely disappeared. Rather, my body became lighter and even my mind was refreshed. I was as heavy as usual and piled up with fatigue, but after the massage, I felt as if all that fatigue had been relieved. The discomfort in my body disappeared, and I felt like I was back in a much clearer and more positive state mentally. And I decided that I should continue to have this healing time from time to time in the future.



7. the things that came from massaging



Massage was more than just an experience to relieve fatigue. Through this experience, I realized that not only did I improve my body's discomfort, but I could also relieve mental fatigue. It was a time to look back on the signals of my body that we forget about in our daily lives, and I realized how important it is to take care of myself once again. Whenever the stress and fatigue I received in my daily life accumulated, I decided to find my own healing method called massage and refill my body and mind.
