The first day I experienced the Swedish massage remains a pretty special memory. I had received massages several times before, but I did not know much about the 스웨디시 massage. It was recommended by a friend, so I went to get a Swedish massage for the first time. Swedish massage is basically a method of relaxing muscles with soft and flexible movements. When the massage first touched my body, I was surprised by its softness and warmth. It was a smooth stroke without strong pressure, as if my body was being left to a comfortable flow. The pressure transmitted from the massage's fingertips was not too strong or weak, so I felt like my body was warming up as I wanted. At first, it started with a light touch and gradually relaxed the muscles to the deep end, but I felt that it fit so well.



Massages were concentrated on the shoulders, neck, and waist. I was particularly concerned with this area because my shoulders were often lumped in and my neck hurt frequently, but as the massage progressed, the tension that had accumulated over the years felt relieved one by one. At first, I felt heavy and painful, but gradually that area became lighter and felt as if I was breathing heavily. I felt like I had finally learned the signs of my body that I had missed.



The massage teacher carefully monitored my physical condition and focused on finding and relaxing the muscles. In particular, I used my elbows or palms to massage the deep muscles, and the pressure was too appropriate. As my neck and shoulder muscles relaxed, my body's tension naturally disappeared. Amazingly, throughout the massage, I lost more strength than I thought and fell deeper and deeper into relaxation.



The moment when my legs were relaxed was also impressive. My lower body was usually a little heavy and swollen, but when the massage parlors gently relaxed the back of my legs and to my calves, I felt my legs were really lightening. I felt like my leg muscles were being relaxed, and I felt anew how tired my legs had been. As much as making my body light, I felt more comfortable mentally. In that way, the massage gradually released all parts of my body.



When I stood up after the massage, I felt completely different from what I had been before. My body became really light and flexible, feeling refreshed as if I had gotten up after a good night's sleep. There was no more fatigue left, and I felt like my body had regained its vitality. Previously, if my shoulders and neck often felt stiff and heavy, the day became light as if all the tension had been lifted. After receiving the Swedish massage, I felt better all day, and I even felt more comfortable and deeper to sleep at night. Not only did I feel tired, but I also relaxed in my mind.



From that day on, I fell in love with the charm of the Swedish massage. As I experienced how stress and fatigue accumulated in everyday life were relieved through massages, I realized how important it is to have this time periodically. I realized that I can live a good life only when both body and mind are healthy. The Swedish massage was more than just relieving body fatigue. It was a valuable experience that made me have time to look back on myself and value my body.



Now I'm trying to live a healthier life than before I got a Swedish massage. Whenever I'm feeling tired, I realized how important it is to take a moment to get a massage, and to refresh my body and mind. I just really realized that the experience was a small gift of rest given to me. 마타이
